Just because it’s a skillet does not mean you must add water, butter, or other oils. Celebrity Ultra skillets are terrific when cooking without added oil or water, yet versatile enough to pan or deep fry any meat.

 

A kitchen staple in a variety of sizes, the Celebrity Ultra line has a variety of cookware types in the skillet family—a standard skillet, sauté pan, or paella pan to suit you. These skillets come in the popular 9 ½-inch size and deeper walled 3-quart sauté, 4-quart sauté, 5-quart sauté (all 11-inch), and a signature 13-inch paella pan all equipped to receive stainless steel covers with Vita Vent knobs. Celebrity Ultra skillets can cook on any heating surface: gas, electric, ceramic, or induction. The Celebrity Ultra skillet is ideal for searing, browning, and pan frying everything from eggs to meats. Celebrity Ultra skillets are also great for cooking at high heat with oils as well to develop foods with full, rich flavor, color, and crisp texture profiles.

• Burn-safe handles: Made of heat resistant materials – oven safe to 400˚.
• Detachable handles with "Comfort fit" grip: The ergonomic, detachable handles are designed with a special grip that allows it to fit comfortably in your hand and makes it easy to hold and balance the skillet as you transport it throughout the kitchen.
• Warp resistant bottom: Naked to the eye, the bottom of the pan is engineered slightly concave to assure the skillet hugs the burner when heated for maximum efficiency and stability on common flat top cooking surfaces.
• Vapor seal covers with Vita Vent knobs promote waterless/greaseless cooking: The heavy-fitting covers are designed to form a vapor seal with the shoulder of the skillet. This eliminates the need to cook with any added oil or boiling in water.
